AERO SHOCKPAD TILE SYSTEM

At GC Flooring Soltuions we provide a combined synthetic turf and rubber shockpad system that ensures the safety of children at all times.  We use a 1m x 1m shockpad tile system that can be applied to all playground,swing and playarea applications. These shockpads vary in thickness depending on the critical fall height that is required on your play area.  These shockpad tiles have been trialed and tested and meet the current Australian and New Zealand standards. A longer pile synthetic turf can be applied over the top of these shockpads to add a more softer feel under foot.

RUBBER WET POUR

GC Flooring Solutions provides a second softfall application that requires loose granulated rubber meshed together with a polyurthene binder. This system also requires shockpads underneath the rubber surface to obtain a crictial fall height.  There are two types of rubber products on the market that gives you a great option for long term durability and comes in a fantastic colour range.  The first rubber is called CSBR which is a black granulated rubber which is dyed to desired a colour.  The second granulated rubber is called EPDM which is a solid colour rubber granule which has the advantage of holding its colour a lot longer. With the combination of these two granulated rubbers we can offer an affordable and practical solution for any area.

RUBBER TILES AND PAVERS

At GC Flooring Solutions we have a great range of rubber tiles and pavers that can be installed in domestic or commercial areas. These products are great for patios, pathways driveways, Courtyards, childcare centres, playgrounds and hosre tracking. This paver range comes with a crictial fall height of 1.3 metres.

RUBBER MULCH

Using normal mulch always looks great for the first month before fade sets in and you lose that great coluor that you first had in your garden. With rubber mulch you can have that constant colour all year round. This mulch is great for commercial and domestic areas and comes in brown, green, terracotta, blue and black. The best thing about this product is it can be applied over your existing mulch. Rubber mulch is proven to lock in more water and moisture than normal mulch.
